Our Story

Aiden Doiron started Doiron Fisheries in 1957 when he purchased his first fishing boat and upon landing one day a customer asked him for a cooked lobster. He said, “I’ll be right back”, grabbed a burner, a pot and cooked their lobster to perfection. We still do that today. We have been serving our customers fresh seafood for over 60 years, thanks to Aiden’s entrepreneurial spirit.
